Life = An Anxiety Fest

The past 10 days or so have pushed me to the absolute limit as far as my tolerance for anxiety goes. I am proud to say, that I have kept on doing OK at the very minimum, processing to the best of my ability, using supports as necessary, doing the next thing when that is literally all that there is to do. I have also helped others when their anxiety was at a breaking point, even though, of course, it wasn't easy for me!

Today, I have mowed some of the yard and gone into Oswego to feed JoAnn's cats. We also stopped at Walmart for a few things Diana needed.

Birds I heard today: Veery, American goldfinch, chipping sparrow, Cooper's hawk (very noisy!), chestnut-sided warbler, cedar waxwing, Northern cardinal
