Cardinal at the Feeder

Letting myself be seen is hard. I want to hide everything. I have been judged on top of judged on top of judged, and I don't know how to play the game, so it is safest to be small and hidden.

Alternatively, I want to let everyone see all of me. I want to be brave and bold even when I'm not. I want to practice unapologetic vulnerability, and both set an example and live the life I believe is right without worrying about how others might react.
