I've been off and on in this not-wanting-to-blog phase, but I do want this record.
Yesterday, one of my kids came over to de-brief on their new job. We had refrigerator pizza for dinner, which isn't exactly good, but I get this craving for it! Then Diana and I went to Walmart to buy groceries for the week.
Today's been quietly busy here at home. Tonight we're doing laundry in Fulton, likely having dinner at the Subway at Cliff's, and then tomorrow, VACATION!!!
We heard a lot of birds during our walk this morning. It was maybe 30 minutes before sunrise. The birds were likely the ones that winter here: chickadees, titmice, etc. I heard no birds while drinking my smoothie outside around 11 this morning.
It is looking prettily like early fall. The skies have been absolutely gorgeous the past few days.
I hope the laundromat isn't busy tonight!
