Diana & I will likely soon be doing longer and more challenging adventure walks as the season progresses. To facilitate this, I've been working on gradually increasing my walk length, and also mixing up my walking speed and the terrain I've been walking on. On Tuesday I walked for about 20 minutes, yesterday for about 24 minutes, and today for about 28 minutes. It feels good. At the same time, although I felt like I didn't walk too fast or too strenuously today, I'm sort of exhausted and starving after it. Typical for me after any strenuous exercise! Definitely sweating & hot too!!!
