Randomness, Just Another Day

Today, I woke up from a dream of having spilled gasoline on myself, and people lighting matches near me to scare me & possibly catch me on fire having known that I did spill the gasoline. The song running through my head was Dear Future Self (Hands Up) by Fall Out Boy. This song has been in my mind a few times on random mornings recently, but it seems appropriate with that dream. I was disconcerted to say the least. Was still feeling it 2 hours later!

My head has been so out of it lately. I forgot to wash Diana's bras for three days, and I packed her lunch wrong too. I am going to hope that TeuxDeux can help me fix these things. Of course, it is unlikely to be able to fix the fact that I was sort of falling asleep at my desk at 9 am today. Also it is only as good as my input. So far I feel good about it. That part is great.

Birds I saw today: Northern cardinal, American crow, dark-eyed junco, tufted titmouse, American robin

On the lunch plate: leftover seafood chowder with added green beans, cheese quesadilla

On the dinner plate: chicken thighs, buttered bow ties, salad
