What a week it's been.

It started out strong, and then there was problem after problem after problem. I got tired, bored, and ultimately depressed.

The weather has not been spring like.

Let's take a look at the last few days in reverse order. First today. It is so cold! It felt like our morning walk was across the Arctic tundra.

Yesterday was errand day. In addition to stopping at the library and grocery shopping at Aldi, Diana & I had enjoyable visits to both Onondaga Lake and Lake Ontario (pictured below) to participate in the Pokemon Go Community Day.

Friday, as usual, was laundry/write grocery list/date night! I didn't take any photos that day. I mostly wasn't feeling very happy. Thursday, I also wasn't feeling too well, but I did make a nice feast for our St. Pat's celebration. We had a super good hambone soup, the world's best Irish soda bread, and for dessert, a golden luck-o'-the-Irish cake invented by me! I thought I was looking pretty cute that day in spite of my rather melancholic mood!

On the lunch plate: Leftover hambone soup

On the dinner plate: Bacon-BBQ pork sliders (courtesy of the wifie)

To dos: Car shop, put up spring decorations, cook bacon

Hearing: Wind whistling outside so, so, so very loudly!!!
